Verlin Bush

Verlin joined GHSP in early 2026 and was recently named Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Program Management. In this role, he leads the company’s commercial strategy, customer engagement, and program execution efforts, helping drive growth and strengthen partnerships across GHSP’s global customer base. With an entrepreneurial leadership style and extensive operational expertise, Verlin works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer value.

Verlin brings more than 30 years of experience in the global industrial manufacturing sector. His background includes automotive, aerospace and defense, medical, and industrial markets, with roles ranging from engineering and plant management to vice president and executive-level leadership. Verlin has expertise in commercial leadership, manufacturing operations, business strategy, and continuous improvement, and is excited to continue fostering a culture of growth and excellence at GHSP.

Most recently, Verlin served as Vice President and Chief Commericial at NN, Inc., where he supported transformational growth strategies, contributed to consolidation and M&A activities, and led NN to record level new business growth and profitability. Prior to his 10 years at NN, Inc., Verlin worked at Alcoa Power and Propulsion, Autocam, and Tenneco.
