Paul Blaicher

Paul joined GHSP in 2021 and was named Vice President of Engineering in 2026. In this role, he leads the company’s global engineering teams to drive product innovation, technical excellence, and development of solutions that support GHSP’s growth strategy. As a member of the executive team, Paul collaborates cross-functionally to align engineering initiatives with customer needs and business objectives.

Paul has over twenty years of experience working in engineering within the automotive, aerospace, industrial, and technology sectors. He has gained expertise in hardware and software development, along with multiple years of leadership and project management.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Austin and earned his Master of Business Administration from Delta Baptist University.

Prior to this position, Paul served as Senior Principal Engineer of Space Systems for Collins Aerospace where he supported the development of complex engineering solutions. He also held engineering leadership roles at GHSP, Hadley, Ficosa North America, Magna Electronics, and GE Oil & Gas. Through this experience Paul has built a strong foundation of technical expertise and hands-on management.
