Dan Krzeszewski

Dan joined GHSP in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, in this role he will lead the company’s global finance organization, and oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, and business performance initiatives. With a strong operational mindset and a collaborative leadership approach, Dan partners closely with teams across the organization to drive informed decision-making and sustainable business results. 

Through more than 20 years of experience in global automotive finance and manufacturing, Dan has developed expertise in financial leadership, forecasting, and business process improvement. His background includes engineering and finance positions, with experience supporting large-scale business transformations and helping organizations achieve profitable growth and operational excellence. 

Most recently, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer for Brembo North America where he led financial operations for the region and supported the company’s continued growth initiatives. Prior to that, he held several senior finance positions with Stellantis, FCA, and Ford Motor Company. He earned both of his degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Packaging and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, from Michigan State University.
