GHSP Welcomes Josh Roberts as Director of Human Resources

[Holland, Michigan] - GHSP, a leading global supplier of advanced technology and innovative solutions for the automotive industry, is excited to announce the appointment of Josh Roberts as the new Director of Human Resources. Based at GHSP’s global headquarters in Holland, Michigan, Josh will join the executive team, contributing to the strategic vision and leadership of the company. 

Josh brings over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the automotive, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. His career is marked by accomplishments in employee relations, employment law, policy development, leadership, performance management, and talent acquisition. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business.

In his new role, Josh will lead our multi-site HR team across the United States and Mexico, driving alignment between HR functions and business objectives. He will spearhead strategic initiatives for talent development, support business transformation, and cultivate GHSP’s employer brand to align with our growth strategy.
