GHSP Announces Debut of UV-C Technology Brand grēnlite™ at CES

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (Jan. 6, 2020) – GHSP, a global supplier in the automotive and high-end appliance industries, today announced that grēnlite™, the company’s new UV-C technology brand, will make its debut at CES.    

The grēnlite™ line of programmable, intelligent UV-C products recognizes when a surface or environment has been used and automatically begins treatment for harmful pathogens using UV-C light. The systems have a variety of health, safety, and connectivity applications, including the emergency, commercial, mass transit, and shared mobility spaces. grēnlite™ works to combat the presence of day-to-day bacteria often found in these environments that can lead to illnesses like influenza or the common cold.*

At CES, GHSP will display a grēnlite™ system in a Ford Transit simulating a ride share vehicle.

grēnlite™ utilizes industry-leading UV Angel® technology which features a patented system of integrated smart sensors that detect when a vehicle is unoccupied and automatically emits a dose of UV-C light that treats interior surfaces and the air in the vehicle. After each surface interaction, the sensors determine when it is necessary to initiate the next cleaning cycle. The system has been designed to withstand crash test requirements and is virtually maintenance free.

GHSP will be located at booth 3111 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
