Robb VanderKamp

Robb joined GHSP in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and has the overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and driving our Global Sales growth strategy and execution. He enjoys the challenge of developing new markets for GHSP and fostering strong relationships with our customers as we evolve in our electronics, hardware, and software.

Prior to joining GHSP, Robb had a long career in the automotive industry at Yanfeng (previously Johnson Controls and Prince Corporation), most recently as the General Manager of a Customer Business Unit. During this tenure Robb held many different roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, Program Management and Customer Business Units. Robb started his career on the manufacturing floor and is always excited to go back and engage with the team members, processes and systems that create world class products. He enjoys the automotive industry because it is always changing, always challenging, and fast paced.

Robb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University, and a Master of Science degree from Western Michigan University in Engineering Management.

Robb and his wife Traci were both raised in Michigan and have four children (two sons and two daughters), and enjoy vacationing, sporting events and occasional binge watching as a family. Robb enjoys rotating his hobbies every 3-5 years to experience something that is new and challenges him physically and mentally. He enjoys running and other physical activities to stay active.
