Dan Dawiedczyk

Dan is responsible for strategically developing, scaling, and managing GHSP’s existing automotive and new technologies and markets, with an overall focus on profitable growth, globally.

Prior to joining GHSP, Dan held the role of Vice President and Managing Director of the Connections Systems Americas division at Aptiv where he optimized the overall business footprint, developed key strategic initiatives to grow the company’s market position, and successfully launched multiple products across several product lines. Previous to that, Dan spent over 20 years with Molex where he held various leadership positions in technology, marketing, and general management, with primary focus of driving profitable growth for electronics and systems in the Automotive, Medical, Datacom, and Consumer markets. Dan brings deep expertise overseeing design, production, and commercialization with experience in global technology companies providing solutions to a wide variety of markets and applications.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL.
