Marc joined GHSP in 2016 and leads GHSP’s product development, long-term research and development. He leads an ongoing series of innovation initiatives that explore emerging technologies, assess their application to the company’s business, and recommend new strategies and solutions. Marc is an engaged leader that encourages technology advancement and innovative thinking to be prioritized. This approach to leadership has helped develop global businesses for more than twenty years.
Prior to joining GHSP, Marc has worked in many product development roles throughout the automotive and aerospace markets. His leadership has provided new technology advancements in launching the first automotive fully graphical driver instrument panel, developing camera and radar-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, and delivering automatic dimming glass that is utilized in the aerospace industry for companies such as Johnson Controls Inc, Magna Corporation, and Gentex Corporation.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Michigan State University and continued master level studies of Electrical Engineering at Western Michigan University.
A native of West Michigan, Marc enjoys traveling and the outdoors of Michigan’s lakes and forests. He and his wife Laura have 3 boys and are also advocates for fostering children. Being able to influence future generations through teaching is a passion for them both.
