Commonly found processes at our facilities that strengthen our vertical integration include electronics manufacturing, injection molding, motor winding, and final assembly, allowing us to be a one-stop-shop solution for our customers. We drive operational excellence by implementing standardized frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Enterprise, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, across the organization.
Quality
We maintain extensive testing and validation capabilities, including mechanical, performance, vibration, illumination, and other specialized testing. We support multiple part numbers on a single production line and provide hundreds of traceability records from incoming materials through final packaging. Our commitment to quality is reflected in exceptional automotive PPM performance, comprehensive in-line functional testing, SEM testing, and IATF 16949 certification.
