Bethany Oosting
Director of Human Resources
Bethany joined GHSP in 2020 as Director of Human Resources leading the global human resources capability for the business.
Prior to joining GHSP, Bethany worked for Smiths Aerospace and GE Aviation where she held various HR leadership roles with increasing responsibility supporting global teams across all disciplines. Bethany’s deep curiosity, passion for innovation and catalyst for continuous improvement and growth has opened doors to leadership roles where she has led various organizational transformations while integrating best-in-class people strategies.
Bethany has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and master’s in Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University.
West Michigan is home for Bethany and her husband Derk, having grown up in Grand Haven. Together they have three kids (two sons and a daughter).
