Rubuán Martínez has the responsibility of managing all North American facilities. Rubuán has 17 years of operations leadership experience working with global automotive suppliers. His rich background includes successful turnarounds, efficient handling of large teams, successful launches on time for a variety of customers, and strategic growth in many different countries.

Ludwing Vergara has 30 years of experience in procurement and purchasing within the automotive industry. His background includes an impressive track record in global sourcing, cross-division product launch management, supply-chain management, supplier development, and procurement initiatives.
Josh Roberts
Josh Roberts brings over 25 years of progressive human resources experience across a variety of industries. Josh leads our multi-site HR team across the United States and Mexico, driving alignment between HR functions and business objectives.
