Jeff Smith Named President of GHSP

GRAND HAVEN, Michigan (February 12, 2014) – GHSP, a JSJ business, announced that Jeff Smith has been
promoted to president of GHSP, and Ken Wagner has been promoted to senior vice-president and chief financial
officer. The changes were effective February 6.
Jeff Smith joined GHSP in 1998. Previously he held the position of chief operating officer and has served as vice
president of operations. He has over 30 years of management experience in automotive operations. In his new position
he will continue to direct the operations, engineering and sourcing teams, and will also assume responsibility for
human resources and organizational development.
Ken Wagner joined GHSP in 2012 as chief financial officer. In his new position he will continue to direct the finance
and IT teams, as well as expand his responsibilities to include program management, sales and marketing. Prior to
joining GHSP, he served as vice-president of finance with Magna Electronics.

Paul Doyle, president of GHSP since 2008, is leaving the company to pursue other business opportunities.
