The car has become a secular sanctuary for the individual, his shrine to the self, his mobile Walden Pond. ~Edward McDonagh
Operator experience is all about performance. How a vehicle accelerates, brakes, corners...performs. Or is it about touch? The way things feel, how a shifter clicks into gear, how controls fit the hand. Or maybe it’s how things look—the curve of a bezel, the rich grain of a leather-wrapped shifter knob.
In fact, it’s all of these things—hundreds of details, both large and small—that add up to the total experience of the vehicle operator. We pay attention to those details, and we incorporate them into every product we design and build.
