GHSP has evolved from a stamper to a Tier 1 supplier to the Big Six in the global automotive industry, to an expert in mechatronic control solutions for the global surface transportation industry. Our name and our logos have changed as we have grown.

2008 – Began operating GHSP Mexico SA DE CV in Saltillo.  The plant supplies customer locations in Mexico.

2005 – Began operating GHSP Shanghai Automotive Company Ltd. in China – now the largest automatic shifter supplier in China. Opened a second Shanghai plant in 2007. The second plant originally opened as Nobletec.

2004 -- Acquired KDS Controls

2000 – Opened Engineering Center in Tianjin, China

1927 -- Renamed Grand Haven Stamped Products, abbreviated to GHSP in 1994

1924 – Founded as the Bolling Manufacturing Co., in Grand Haven, Michigan, U.S.
